Terms
Terms of use
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of commonshore.com and the Commonshore workspace, operated by Uxgency Inc, a Massachusetts corporation. By using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
Commonshore keeps a record of your products and fills distributor, retailer and marketplace forms from it. It is a tool for preparing submissions. It isn't a data pool, a broker, or a party to any agreement between you and a distributor.
Your data and your responsibility
The product record is yours, and so is its accuracy. Commonshore shows where each value came from and flags inconsistencies it can detect, but it can't know whether a measurement is right. Review every filled form before you send it. What you submit to a distributor is your submission, not ours, and a distributor's acceptance or rejection of an item is between you and them.
You confirm that you may use the data you bring in, including exports from GS1, KeHE, UNFI and similar services, under the terms you have with them.
Accounts and brands
Keep your Google account secure; what happens under it on Commonshore is on you. Only add people to a brand who should see its full record. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Early access and pricing
Commonshore is in early access. Plans and prices are published on the home page and may change. We won't charge you without telling you first and getting your agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store consumer personal data, to scrape or overload it, to reach other brands' records, or in breach of a distributor's terms. We may block traffic that does.
Intellectual property
The Commonshore name, mark, site and software belong to Uxgency Inc, a Massachusetts corporation. Your product data, including filled forms, belongs to you.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Uxgency Inc is not liable for a submission that is rejected, delayed or made with wrong data, or for any loss that follows from relying on the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
