Reach us
Email hello@commonshore.com. Include your brand name, the channel involved (Amazon, Faire, KeHE…) and, for a read or push that went wrong, the note the card shows under the Read or Push button. Never send passwords or API tokens by email; Commonshore never asks for them.
Connecting a channel
Channels with an API connect from their own approval page: press Connect on the channel's card, approve Commonshore there, and you land back in the workspace with the channel read. Amazon sellers authorize Commonshore in Seller Central (Apps and Services → Manage your apps); the app uses the Product Listing role only and never touches orders, customers or payments.
Disconnecting
Press Disconnect on the channel's card: the token is deleted at once and nothing more is read or written. Amazon sellers can also revoke the authorization in Seller Central under Manage your apps; the next read then fails and the card says so.
What a push does
A push sends one field of your record to one listing, only when you press the button for it. Commonshore never creates, deletes or reprices listings on Amazon, and never publishes products for you at any channel. Amazon applies listing changes in the background; the next read confirms what landed.
Your data
What is stored and how to have it deleted is on the privacy page; the terms are here. To delete your brand and everything read for it, email the address above from a member's account.
